100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

The 100 Hours Yoga Course in Rishikesh offered by Sages Yoga includes a tight schedule with 2-weekly excursions to the nearby attraction or charm of Rishikesh. The attraction may be the accredited ashram, temple, splendid waterfall, solitude point or a soothing Evening Maa Ganga Aarti. The strict yoga schedule of the 14 days yoga course includes the practice of yoga asanas, yoga alignment, yoga anatomy & physiology, meditation, pranayama and so on. The course is deemed to be complete after the successful submission of assignments and clearing the final exams. After the completion, you are honored with the certificates provided by the school. Though one will not become an RYT after the completion of 100 Hour Yoga Course yet he/she develops a strong foundation where a stiff practice of yoga can stand.
